Dinner at McAlister's

What: Dinner at McAlister's! Buy your own meal or mooch! We welcome any and all. Conversation will not even strive to remain literary. (This event is subtitled "Samantha Harvey's Birthday.")

When: Friday, March 28th, 5:45 pm.

Where: Meet in the CENTER of the pit ("between the two trees" - Samantha Harvey). We'll walk to Franklin St. together.

(In the event of bad weather... bring an umbrella and meet outside Greenlaw.)

SOUL conference: Considerations of 19th & 20th Century Brit Lit
Start: 1:00 pm

Join us for SOUL's first ever undergraduate and graduate conference, "Considerations of 19th & 20th Century British Literature." The keynote speaker will be Jen Cadwallader. Student panels will present papers and open discussions will follow. Refreshments will be provided! Come out and support your fellow English and Comparative Literature majors and be a part of the intellectual academic community at UNC.

Last SOUL Mtg - New Officers

Dear member of SOUL,

We have had to move the final SOUL meeting of the year. The new date and time is:

Thursday April 17th at 7:00pm in Donovan Lounge

At the meeting we will begin planning for the future of SOUL with a focus on selecting officers for the upcoming year.

If you are unable to make the meeting, but would like to take on a leadership role in SOUL, just get in touch. You can always contact me if you have any questions or input about the group.
